El Anuario Iberoamericano de Derecho del Arte es una publicación, como su nombre indica, de periodicidad anual, que pretende reunir en cada edición las aportaciones doctrinales más señeras en el panorama del Derecho del arte. Para lograrlo, se nutre en parte de los articulos -premiado y finalistas- procedentes del Premio Rodrigo Uria Meruendano de Derecho del Arte, organizado cada año por la Fundacion Profesor Uria. El Anuario aspira tambien a alimentarse de originales enviados espontaneamente a su redaccion. Junto con la seccion doctrinal (Estudios) el Anuario incorpora otras cuatro secciones fijas: (i) Legislacion, la cual comprende informacion sobre novedades legislativas y proyectos normativos en marcha, de interes dentro de la disciplina; (ii) Jurisprudencia, compuesta de reseñas de las principales novedades jurisprudenciales en el sector; (iii) Bibliografia, donde se contienen las referencias de las publicaciones habidas en el periodo de referencia sobre las materias a las que se refiere el Anuario; y (iv) Varia, seccion de cierre en la que se ofrece un conjunto de otras contribuciones, desde articulos breves, notas o informes, a cronicas de eventos, noticias o convocatorias de interes para los lectores del Anuario.
