El interes de el precepto sobre el que versa este libro radica en que el artículo 293.3 introduce una figura tuitiva que precisa de interpretación detenida, pues el texto de precepto no es de fácil comprension. La prueba de ello es que los diversos agentes implicados en dicha tutela la entienden de manera diversa. El objetivo que se pretende es realizar un examen completo de la modalidad tutelar a que alude el articulo 239.3 del Cc que proporcione una idea cabal de tal figura, a la vez que posibilite proponer mejoras de cara a su efectiva aplicacion en la practica.
