Olivier Bellamy nació en Marsella, Francia, en 1961. Es periodista, conductor de radio, documentalista y autor de numerosos libros sobre música clásica, entre ellos "Un hiver avec Schubert", "Dictionnaire amoureux de Chopin" y "La Folie Pastré". Desde 2004, conduce diariamente en Radio Clásica de Francia el programa "Passion Classique".
