But these transformations are all-too-often narrated at scales that surpass the embodied experiences of those that live them every day. To better understand the bodily and cultural implications of these transformations, we can learn from the crafts of the stage—choreography, sound, narrative, dramaturgy.

This book assembles on-site investigations, critical reflections, and performative scores, developed through a three-year creative research programme led by Theatrum Mundi. Grounded in the metropole of Grand Paris, they also aim to offer strategies that can be enacted anywhere, expanding the tools available for thinking, making, and inhabiting mobility infrastructures.
