David Refoyo nació en Zamora en 1983. Es publicista. Ha publicado las novelas 25 centímetros (DVD Ediciones, 2010) y El día después (Ediciones Lupercalia, 2014), y los poemarios Odio (La Bella Varsovia, 2011), amor.txt (La Bella Varsovia, 2014), Donde la ebriedad (La Bella Varsovia, 2017), El fondo del cubo (Visor, 2020; accésit del XXX Premio de Poesía Jaime Gil de Biedma y finalista del Premio de la Crítica de Castilla y León en 2021) y Redención (La Bella Varsovia, 2022). Lidera el proyecto Refoyo y SusHijas, donde combina spoken word, música y audiovisuales. Es miembro del Seminario Permanente Claudio Rodríguez y forma parte del comité organizador de PoetiZa, festival poético de Zamora. Colabora esporádicamente en diferentes medios de comunicación.
