Just like clay can take many different forms, each life is unique and has a specific purpose. God has a plan for our lives and wants us to shape in this plan. But often we don t want to be clay. We want to be potters! We want to be in control of our life, to decide what it will be like. No We want God s interference. We believe we can shape ourselves without help, following our own path. But we are clay! Despite our best efforts, we cannot we managed to achieve the perfection of the complete VASE. We maintain a large amount of wasted potential. We need a potter.
