Judithe Little se crió en Virginia y obtuvo una licenciatura en Relaciones Exteriores de la Universidad de Virginia. Después de estudiar en el Instituto de Estudios Europeos y en el Institut Catholique de París, Francia, y de hacer prácticas en el Departamento de Estado de los Estados Unidos, se licenció en derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Virginia, donde formó parte de la Junta Editorial del Journal of International Law y fue becaria Dillard. Vive en Houston, Texas, con su marido y sus tres hijos, donde está trabajando en su tercera novela. Cuando no está escribiendo o ejerciendo la abogacía, a Judithe le gusta montar a caballo, leer, las antigüedades y hacer voluntariado.
