This book was created as a byproduct of the Audiostretto 59/4/24 podcast. The podcast sends an inspiring, encouraging impulse of a maximum of 59 seconds every day. Each impulse should be for the mind, in form of a "mental concentrate", what a ristretto is for the body: intense and powerful. The intention for the podcast is for people to be inspired and encouraged by a short impulse every day. These impulses in this book are meant to accompany the readers through the 365 days of each year, in the hope that the impulses will trigger something special. This requires the reader to take out time daily to think about the special things in their lives and, hopefully, discover, savour and appreciate the little things and special features of everyday life.
